Hi! Ok, the site is: www.onlinemusicguild.com, try to make the check out for every service we offer, for example in LEARN (this is happening for every service in the site).

Now here is the tricky thing, you could be correctly redirectioned to the Paypal page or you can simply could get stuck in a blank screen without even changing the url. And this is unpredictable and changing all the time, sometimes happens and sometimes simply not (from same device and IP). I got the problem making the chekout from Argentina, and at first I thought that could be an IP´s problem with paypal´s servers or something like that, but today we´ve got the same issue with an U.S. client... actually my teammate is operating from the U.S. too, but in his case he never faced this problem yet.

It´s happening in Chrome as in Firefox and in my mobile Chrome. Please we need to solve this as soon as possible, our clients are complaining!

Ok, don´t desperate, I´ll listen you all :P ... Just an update of what I figured out today... Apparently is happening just with unregistered users. If you already created an account you don´t have problems. Anyway, we have set up the option for creating an account based in the email but as I said it doesn´t even attempt to go to another direction, it just turns withe and don´t change the URL.

Today I´ve set the "Registration during the subscription" in NO. So the selling we need is functional by the moment.... but we really want to use this option.

I think this is somekind of glitch in the new version (10) because we dind´t have this issue before the last update.

As amany of you already know I was in unexpected situation. I went to very remote place for 2 days and I was hoping to come back before anyone notice my absense. But I had to stay there for more than a week.

Today I was able to restore purchase on the site but through 2CO.

so we installed the 10.84 version and the new user bug was fixed. However, no email is sent to the new user. user can pay via paypal. however he then can not login in his account to verify anything. bests

Email is sent by Joomla User Manager component not Emerald.Please check User manager global parameters. Also check that email do nto get to junk folder.

yea!

so if you use the Subscribe to newsletter, the email is sent no problem. however, for emerald... it doesnt sends anything. what parameters should we use in the user?

Looks like correct parameters. try to change Activation to Self and see if it start to send emails.
