Hi,

Cobalt 8 is prepared for Joomla 3 multilanguage system? Cobalt 8 allows the development of multi-language websites?

Yes. There are different ways for multi-language setup, usage and display. You can use Falang (fna Joomfish), or J! core and language overrides.

Headsup: Cobalt records (articles) are not translated with FaLang backend! There is no content element for Cobalt records. You actually create "copies" of each record. So, it gets a new recordID. Comparable to J! core translation method.
