How can I use a profile picture in the forum?

Dear United Joomla Loverz,

If I ever want to use a beautiful image like Sergey uses in the forum, is this ever possible? Please advise.

Hello hakana, the user-picture is powered by Gravatar. Started as a stand-alone online service, but it has been acquired by WordPress. So all you need is a wordpress.com account... Scary, I know... ;)

Basically your MintJoomla profile checks your Gravatar/WP account and your email-address you have used. If there is a match, it displays your image from Gravatar/WP. I think you can even use multiple email-addresses and images.
