New option "Reject" ?

Hello Sergey,

I was wonder what do you think about a new option "Reject" record

For example if someone submit a listing but you dont want to approve it because it does not respects the requirements, would be good to have a Reject option, this way the submitter will know that his record wont be published, and maybe a way to add notes when you reject to provide also a little note explaining why you have rejected the record. This way the submitter will know he will have to edit his record and do it as he should

This is what is planned for status field. Small notes on status changed.

Unfortunately.

This will require some basic changes and DB change. We will not be able to implement quickly. For now what you can do is to use email field which is accessible only for admin, which sends email to article author and use that one as quick notification. YOu can predefine options there so admin only select reason in dropdown list.
