Dark screen when selecting user for manual sale

Hello,

When I try to manually add a subscription to a user, I only receive a black screen. The select user window should appear but does not. I am doing this through the Subscription Manager.

Your template is using Bootstrap version 3. And user selector is a standard Joomla element with uses modal window based on Bootstrap 2. I can only suggest you to create Emerald control panel link, set prototype template for this link and when you work with emerald it will be different template. Or change Joomla template.

Thanks, Sergey. I suppose that will be fine until Joomla evolves their code. I have tested and this is working.

One thing I noticed is that when I create a manual sale, the user's group is not updating. I have an action configured to chaneg the user group based on subscription status. Am I correct that the user group will update the next time they log-in? Just wanted to verify.

Actions are not triggered the moment subscription created. Actions are triggered the moment user use his subscription first time. It means user will change group as soon as he logges in.
