Can't Edit or Delete items - Cobalt 8

Hi,

I am using Cobalt 8 with a new theme. But I have found a problem.

After a registered user has added a new item, they are not able to edit or delete the item. Usually a little pop-up appears when they hover over their item, which lets them edit or delete the item. This pop up never appears. Also, the little "gear" icon on the item page does not show up.

I have checked my type settings, and I have all these set to Yes: "Author can edit", "Author can delete", "Allow public users to edit their submissions".

I have also disabled all my custom CSS work to see if there was any conflict, but still no change.

To test, login with demo/demo and hover over the first item "Test Link" here http://www.westbrookcommunity.com.au/temp/local-links

Or try adding a "New Link" from the user menu.

How you can see here: http://www.westbrookcommunity.com.au/temp/local-links?template=protostar all work fine.

Problem with styles like here


ul.dropdown-menu, a.dropdown-toggle {
    display: none;
}

After look in the source of page, I think this template don't use bootstrap framework, but our component work on it and it required for correct work. Try enable compatability mode in cobalt settings.
