Maybe it’s a bug but with latest Cobolt if the records are unpublished or archived they are still visible in list view.

For an unpublished article, if I click the title in the list view it takes me to a page which says the record is unpublished. This record should not be in list view as well.

Also I noticed if I change unpublished records to archived, as well as being visible in the list they become published again??

After making records archived, where is the list of archived records in admin section if I want to un-archive a record?

Should there be a ‘delete record’ feature in admin?

I have noticed the following errors... maybe related to yours?!

Backend records list shows white page on each record status action. With Error reporting enabled I get these infos:

un/archive, un/publish seem to call te same publish() function?!

Fatal error: Call to undefined method CobaltModelRecord::publish() in .../libraries/legacy/controller/admin.php on line 208

featured:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method CobaltModelRecord::featured() in .../administrator/components/com_cobalt/controllers/records.php on line 60

Frontend: - Un/Publish seems to work for me. - Archive does not work at all?! The command is available in menu but it has no effect, nor does it change the status. Still not implememented?

I discovered if I change ‘Do you have unpublished records?” to yes then the expired events do not show in list or calendar view but I would still like to know how to access archived records?

I would still like to know how to access archived records?

Hard to believe..., but read on over here: :(( :O :S

C8 - What does Archive do?

C8 - List-view menu item parameter "Archived ONLY" doesn't work
