Cobalt Search plugin: "All Words" not working correctly..

Hi Sergey,

You fixed the "Exact Phrase" query for us, but now I realise that the "ALL Words" query does not work in the Cobalt plugin, it uses the same code as ANY words..

Can you adjust this to force all words to be required for a search hit pls..

(It might be a case of just adding a + to the front of each word and running BOOLEAN mode as per [case 'exact'], ..I'm not sure..)
