I try to restric acces to my video section but I cant get this to work

my section to the video are joomla and this category I wont to protect with membership.

I have tray now with Emir and cat get this to work its works with the old resource so what shuld I wrigt

to all the filed to

edit plan and restrictions here I choice plugin=com_plugins

I dont now what I have missing here and thx for all help :)
