Issues with 2CO HikaShop plugin

How do you want me to get you the credentials to access the website? I really need to get this fixed ASAP.

I have verified that your plugin has a bug in it. I have tested checking out with the Common Payment Gateway 2CO plugin from Techjoomla. It sends to 2CO the correct order total.

Their plugin is not as nice as yours, as it doesn't interface with HikaShop well, and the billing information doesn't carry over like yours does. So I really do want to work with your plugin that I purchased.

Can you let me know how you want the credentials for the website so you can look at the problem and try to solve it?

Here in private comment (checkbox under the comment field) five me access to your Jomla backend and also make sure something like extplorer is installed and working so I can work with files.

Ok, I have fixed it. Not only it adds shipping now, it also transfer shipping address to 2co so that user do not have to fill it again. It is fixed in your site. But with the next update changes will be there.

Sorry. I take that back. Shipping is being brought over to 2CO, but tax is still not. We need to ensure that if a sales tax is being applied to the order, that the sales tax is part of the funds that are collected at 2CO.

Fixed. Thank you for report.

I am still having issues with the plugin. The issues are two fold:

First, when the user is returned to the website after making a payment at 2Checkout they are returned to a page that is blank. A sample URL I get to is: https://www.maineguidesupply.com/store/clothingshirts-a-hats/checkout/notify/notif_payment-pay2co/tmpl-component.html

The part that says clothingshirts-a-hats changes based on the product(s) being purchased, but in essence the URL is the same every time. Could this be an issue with SEF URLs?

Second, the payment notification is not recieved by the website, and the order is never changed to the Confirmed status. They are all staying at the Created status. I have setup the Instant Notification Settings in 2CO per the instructions for the plugin. Those settings are not working.

Any more help would be greatly appreciated.

This one defenitely looks like custom SEF URL.

Also did you configure approved URL in your 2CO settings?

Did you try to enable debug mode and error reporting to maximum in global Joomla configuration? That may be turn blanck page in to error page and you will see what is the reason.

The same issue. Actualy URL you show is the Notification URL. If you can add an exeption for it. Better it is not converted to SEF.

I have still been working on this. I tried installing sh404sef to help control SEF URLs, and have had no luck. So just to ensure that SEF URLs were the issue, I turned off all SEF URLs for the entire website.

Even with all SEF URLS turned off, the problem still persists. The redirection back to the website goes to a blank page. The order is never marked as confirmed, and stays at created.

I have been over the redirection URL I entered into 2CO and that is correct.

There are major issues with this payment plugin. It is not working at all. Any help would be appreciated.
