I have noticed a strange behaviour in the last 2 days.
My subscriptions are not anymore being activated automatically after paypal payment.
To say the truth not always, eg. I've got 6 subscriptions and 1 has been normally activated, but the others are not.
I have created a test subscribption using the paypal test mode (sandbox),
proceeded to successfull payment... but the subscription is not being activated.
Then I tried to activate IPN - and set as notification url https://accademiainfinita.it
Tested the payment with sandbox, subscription is still non being activated.
note: IPN has always been disabled for this site/paypal account, but everything was working smoothly with emerald so I left it that way.
I have an outdated Emerald version on this site, so I am not sure if you can still provide help in these conditions,
I'll give it a shot! :)
