How to use Custom Mask? - General questions

Hi Sergey,

I need to setup a mask for phone number like this:

(62-251) 8818910 , so that would be (##-###) #######

the only option to do that is to use custom mask, but when i choose Custom Mask, the box for setting up the mask is disable.

I was looking in to the code to find a reason. I do not see one yet. And I cannot reproduce the error.

Please be sure you install latest version.

Try to switch mask select to different positions.

If it does not work please provide temporary super admin access so we could check this issue.
