I am not sure if I understand your issue.
Just want to be sure we are not lost in translation, and we are using the same "terms"...

Do you understand the basic functionality of the Relation fields?
By default it is meant to connect one type with another.
Simplest example would be a Movie diretory:

Type1 Movie (has Parent field) Type2 Actors (has Child field)

There is 1 Movie which has MANY Actors.
This would be the basic default relation. The relation and link is visible on both sides.

This can even be extended in the Child field: There is an option to allow "multiple Parents".
So it would be MANY to MANY.
