Tag Label (Full Record) - Cobalt 8

Hi,

In the record full view, see attached screenshot, where there is the tag text box, it would be nice to have a label such as 'Tags' so that users know this is a tag field where they can add tags, currently, there is only a text box without any label for it! You may see it live on the page http://www.golfmediaplus.com/international-golf-resort-directory/item/69-5-star/39-test-demo-mu as well.

Additional UX/UI suggestion

The empty tag input is really hard to understand for novice end-users. Even for me it looks "unfinished". At least it should have a (translatable) placeholder. i.e. ... or type here... Nowadays a HTML5 placeholder attribute should be enough.

BTW, you have a similar input appearance in your bootstrap tags project ;)

The same UX issue were already mentioned in this older topic.

Main updates like this will be done in CObalt 9.
