Hi,

I am developing a tour operator website with Cobalt, since it's a one author only website and that we are not using tags for filtering but creating other filter fields, as per this screenshot:

How can we disable the filter by tags and author please? I do not want users to see the filter by tags and user options but only be able to filter by chosen fields.

Yep, the filter template and appearance is somewhat hidden. It used to be exposed as a seperate section template parameter. Much more easier to notice in the past Cobalt/Resources days...

"Filters" settings have moved into the sections main MarkUp template. You will find it here:

**YourSection -> (Tab) General Parameters -> Templates -> Markup layout **

  • Select your layout (i.e. default), click the small gear/coq-icon to edit.
  • In modal window, choose tab "Filters"
  • See "Additional Filters"
  • Set access level accordingly... "NoOne" in your particular use case.
