Fatal error if rating is activated

Hi,

After updating Cobalt to v.8.639 Stable a fatal error is shown when rating is activated.

Setting Who can rate to No one makes the fatal error disappear.

Should be fixed. Reuploading new version 8.641 right now.

After download and install of package v8.641 it works for me. Checked list and full views.
