Tooltip for fields

What this tooltip have to show?

help user to fill the field.

not everything is simple and clear to the user. Sometimes in the world is born small minded people. Like me for example :-)

User see tooltip when label get focus

There is a tooltip if you enter something in label's description in backend. It generates a (tiny) help icon. The tooltip appears on hover.

Maybe this icon is a bit too small? Maybe a hover on the whole "label" could trigger the tooltip? For better customization, it would be nice to have a special CSS class on the label instead of the image! Either a simple class to work with :before :after, or a simple empty SPAN tag...

(same applies to required fields, IMHO.)
