Hello. I'm having an issue with getting the cronjob to run through successfully. I've set up my secret word and set up the cron via cPanel to run every 5 minutes. I've tried every command variation listed in http://docs.mintjoomla.com/en/cobalt/send-email-alerts/ and none of them will go through for me.
I'm sure it's being blocked but I can't figure out how. Wget and Curl are both installed and setup on the server and joomla. I do have a firewall installed, but wget and curl are not blocked useragents and the IP is whitelisted. But if I place the command directly into the browser and call it, I get a blank screen but the notification emails go through. If I try to just let the crons run, I get the following error notice emailed to me (as admin): http://www.degarrin.net/index.php?option=com_cobalt& ;task=cron.sendAlert&secret=SECRETWORD

Unless wget is listed as an unclear useragent (something named other than wget) I"m kind of at a loss. I have other crons that are working just fine, so it has to be something to do with this setup. I'm checking with my firewall provider too, but does anyone have suggestions? I can provide access to the site if need be.
Thanks
Angela
