• field price in submit form (when using with Emerald) and maybe pay for field when submiting record
• multiple inputs in field with possibility to repeat - Click here to link...

• built-in universal templates
• geo field - with click on button show street view
• geo field - modal option - full screen map
• geo field - show directions + print route
• field where you can create tables (add rows, add columns, add header,...)
• more social media stuff
• lightbox option image field
• email field - save submited mails so that users will be able to see them also online
• roksprocket integration - or something similar
• best reviews records module
• user file manager
• gallery field - show thumbnails of images in form with possibility to drag and drop to change order. Also select default image for og:image or twitter cards would be nice.
• select custom label image from custom folder - so updates can't mess with it.
• fields in email field
• create multiple categories
• Sync content to another site. 2 sites with Cobalt. One main and one just for one category. Sync all records from main site from specific category to another site.

Two key questions:

When a Cobalt 9 beta is expected to be available?

Will Cobalt 9 have and upgrade from Cobalt 8? Guess that having lot of data in Cobalt 8 format could be a big headhache and concern if Cobalt 9 doesn't have an update functionality.

I have no answer for this so far.

The update should be simple. There will be a procedure of course. Update fields parameters, template parameters and so on. But there will be clean written guide how to do that. Extemation time for update is 2-4 hours of work.All the data formats and structures in DB will be updated automatically.

Hey Sergey, can you tell us if Cobalt9 will have multiple locations support for geo field ?

Currently you can only add a country/city per 1 article, would be good to be able to add multiple locations

I'll try to do it, but I do not promiss.

Please do it as this can expand cobalt possibilities, as it is now you're "doomed" to add only articles that is from once city :(.

Think about what if there's a businesses that has offices in different cities.
