Hi,

I think it would be good idea to add some kind of notice for users if I add values to fields. So when user logs in frontend he gets notice (like when someone view his record) about new fields and values and is advised to edit his record. This way you keep your users active when it comes to editing and they are notified if options were added.

In adition to that you could have some kind of progress bar that gives you info (in percent) about how much values have you selected in record.

Regards

Nice idea! Very much appreciated, if someone is not using a special community extension. i.e. CB Progress plugin, JS Profile Completeness.

Could be done on template level, IMHO. Count total fields -> check if empty -> calculate percentage -> show % or visual representation.

But on what action is best to notify users? What if you make some kind of mistake when adding values to field?

I think notifiction should be there when value is saved.
