The company I work for looks for professional branding services. For some reason it is super easy to find designers that do the same talentless generic stuff, but it is pretty much impossible to find branding agencies that will bring vision and image to your brand.

Well. There’s a design and there’s a design direction. And designers shouldn’t do the design direction in my humble opinion.
