Import - Emerald 8 and Mighty Membership

Migrate from Emerald 8 (Joomla 2.5) or Mighty Membership (Joomla 1.5).

Emearld 9 is a completely new extension. We continue version count because it inherit every single feature that was in Emerald 8 or Mighty Mebership.
