Update - Cobalt v.8.639 Stable

Our new version of Cobalt 8.639 - comprehensive Joomla CCK, has a lot of improvements, fixes and even new features.

Highlights

• add - section display parameter "Display if author is in". Work well together with Emerald. You can hide all articles of non subscribed authors in the list. Previously it only restricted access to full view but continue list it in the articles list.

• add - new parameter for rating if author of the article can rate. This is very useful if community DB is created where user adds something with is does not belong to him. Like movie. He adds it and he also can rate it.
