Welcome Emerald 9.244 - the inimitable Joomla membership extension!

RDS

In this new version we introduce our new innovative feature called RDS. This is abbreviation of Registration During Subscription.

Note! This is not the same as subscription during registration (SDR). When it is SDR, user select Emerald subscription plan on registration form. But with RDS, there is not registration form. User simply pay a subscription without registration.

Amazed? And I am not surprised because Emerald is an extension that will amaze you in every corner.

Here is how it works. User see list of plans, select plan, enter email and click Pay button that redirects user to PayPal or any other payment gateway. But in the mean time, email is used to create user account with random password and user name as text in email before @ or whole email, and send user an email about account created with password.

It works with any user activation mode. Manual, self activation or no activation.
