Update - Cobalt v.8.498 Stable

New version of Cobalt - CCK v.8.498 is here.

This is our first update on new site.

• add - komento adapter allow users do disable comments per article.

• fix - password field to show to article author.
• fix - cobalt - video field - on copy fatal error
• fix - cobalt - bookmarking missed section

This update also includes a lot of small tiny improvements that we were able to make while Cobalt setup on this site.
