Update - Cobalt v.8.470 Stable

New version of Cobalt CCK 8.470 is here.

This version includes some cool new additions and enhancements.

• add - geo field added text search for address enter.
• add - restrict comments per article for Cobalt as comment adapter
• add - new category index template called select in advanced template package. May works like quick navigation.
• add - menu element parameter for import to limit by type
• enhance - cobalt - if during article submission field with error in tab or slider it is opened and highlighted.

And some fixes and improvements.

• fix - packer - generated packages file download.
• fix - cobalt - only author access level parameter for tags add/delete/attach.
