Akeeba Subscription Pro - Migration

Now we have one click migration plugin. Akeeba Sub has dropped it's support. SO you may plan to migrate to other cool membership extension. And that might be Emerald.

Invoicing

We added invoicing support. As a result 2 new section for Country States and Taxes managers. To enable invoicing simple turn it on in global Emerald configuration. And users will be recurred to enter their invoice data like Tax ID, Country, Name and address before proceed to purchase.

The taxation concept is very simple. You create different taxes, bonded to different countries. But this does not change the price of subscription. But in invoice Tax is calculated out of total price.

Let's say for example you have subscription plan $50.00. And it has been purchased by 2 different people one with 23% and other with 10% of taxes.

First one will have

Plan price: $40.56
Tax 23%: $9.34
Total: $50.00

And for another person it will be

Plan price: $45.45
Tax 10%: $4.54
Total: $50.00
