New articles list template

• add - articles list template for sections with gallery fields to be used in module.

This article list template show pictures from all articles in single gallery spinner. It can show as vertical as horizontal views.

New free submit button module

• add - module - submit button.

This module show submit article button according to section and template parameters if needed.

Other fixes and changes

• fix - parent field - select element - added none as fist option if field is not required.
• add - comments are added to fulltext search. Supported Cobalt native comment, cobalt as type, Komento and JComments
• fix - datapicker time input elements too small.
• add - email field parameter for form template
