Update - Cobalt v.8.276 RC

This new release of Cobalt v.8.276 has Emerald 9 Membership integration revised. Everything has been checked and tested. It now works with new Emerald very beautifullly.

• fix - emerald 9 - cobalt 8 integration revised.

Another worth attention feature is new category parameter. In may override article default access level during submission. Lets say you have 3 categories. And all articles in category C you want to have special access and A, B public. This is what this parameter is for.

• add - category parameter - inherit category access level.
